Soccer Recap: Hurricane Takes a Loss

Hurricane was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Pine View Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Pine View this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in March.

Hurricane's goal came courtesy of Corbin Elkington, who's now up to three this season.

Hurricane's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Pine View, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Hurricane will face off against rival Snow Canyon at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pine View is set to take on their familiar foe Crimson Cliffs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
