Basketball Game Preview: Norland Vikings vs. Fort Lauderdale Flying L's

Two dominant guards in Jahquori Lombrage and Adler Olweean are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. Having just played yesterday, the Norland Vikings will jump right back in to play the Fort Lauderdale Flying L at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Fort Lauderdale will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: Norland extended their winning streak to five on Friday. The Vikings really took it to Carol City for the full four quarters, racking up a 70-41 win. The Vikings' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Fort Lauderdale was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 64-60 to Cooper City. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (58), the Flying L's still had to take the loss.

This is the second loss in a row for Fort Lauderdale and nudges their season record down to 3-3. As for Norland, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.
