Basketball Game Preview: Stark Generals vs. Lebanon Raiders

The Stark Generals will head out on the road to face off against the Lebanon Raiders at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

Stark is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest defeat since January 10th on Tuesday. They came up short against Laconia, falling 66-42.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 65-30, which was the final score in Lebanon's tilt against Hollis-Brookline on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire basketball rankings (they are ranked 75th, while the Cavaliers are ranked 20th).

Stark's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Lebanon, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-13.

Stark came up short against Lebanon in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, falling 57-47. Can Stark avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
