It was fun while it lasted, but Legacy Academy's undefeated season came to an end after nine games on Friday. They took a 27-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Santa Rosa Lions. Despite 198 more yards than the Lions, the Silverbacks couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.
When it comes to explaining why Legacy Academy lost, don't look at Lorenzo Sedillo-Urban. Despite the final result, he threw for 273 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries.
