            Volleyball Recap: Ashley Hall Panthers vs. Wilson Hall Barons        
        
		
        
        
            It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Ashley Hall can now relate to. They fell  2-0 to the Wilson Hall Barons on Friday. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Barons apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in October of 2024.
Ashley Hall's offense was headlined by  Liza Hood and  Isabella Smith, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from  Charlotte Strickland and her 11 assists. Hood was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with two aces.
 Leading Wilson Hall to victory were  Savannah Wells and  Addie Griffin.  Wells  had nine  digs and three  aces, while  Griffin  had three  aces.
Ashley Hall has  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-17 record  this season. As for Wilson Hall, the  victory was  the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 27-9.
 Ashley Hall didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  2-0  win against Laurence Manning Academy on the 24th. As for Wilson Hall, they have also already played their next matchup,  a  2-0  defeat against Porter-Gaud on the 24th.
