Soccer Game Preview: Enterprise vs. Chico

Enterprise is 0-10 against Chico since February of 2019 but things could change on Friday. The Enterprise Hornets will be playing in front of their home fans against the Chico Panthers at 7:00 p.m.

Enterprise is headed into Friday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Wednesday. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of Shasta. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Hornets couldn't quite close it out.

Fernando Valencia Estrada and Brandon Magdaleno scored both of Enterprise's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Chico's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They and Pleasant Valley finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Panthers have been dealt a draw since back in December of 2024.

Enterprise now has a losing record at 4-5-1. Chico's draw gives them a new season record of 5-4-2.
