Soccer Recap: Northridge Takes a Loss

If Northridge was riding high fresh off their 6-0 takedown of Roosevelt last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Grizzlies lost 12-2 to the Mead Mavericks on Saturday. Northridge were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 8-2.

Northridge's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-2. As for Mead, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.
