Basketball Recap: Froid/Medicine Lake Comes Up Short

Froid/Medicine Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 37-34 heartbreaker at the hands of the Plentywood Wildcats. While losing is never fun, the Redhawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 103rd, while the Wildcats are ranked 13th).

Froid/Medicine Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Plentywood, the win keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Froid/Medicine Lake does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Plentywood has already played their next contest (against Culbertson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
