Volleyball Recap: Parkway Extends Winning Streak to Three

Parkway entered their tilt with Celina on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bulldogs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Parkway not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Celina between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17.

Naomi Knapke paced Parkway's offense, picking up seven kills. Knapke got some help from KJae Stover and her 14 assists. Emmery Temple controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Parkway's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Celina, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coming up, Parkway will challenge South Adams at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Celina, they have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Columbus Grove on the 23rd.
