Basketball Recap: Drury Makes It Five in a Row at Home

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Drury had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Hoosac Valley Hurricanes 50-47. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 62-49 back in February.

Despite the loss, Hoosac Valley saw an underclassman step up: freshman Tre Moynihan posted 14 points.

Drury pushed their record up to 17-7 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Hoosac Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-13.
