Seaman posted their closest victory since September 16th on Tuesday. They won by a set and slipped past the Piper Pirates 2-1. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Pirates recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Seaman who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-18, 27-29, 25-12.

Seaman's victory bumped their record up to 6-15. As for Piper, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-15-1 record this season.

Seaman is taking a road trip to take on Lansing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Piper, they will host Bonner Springs at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
