Basketball Recap: Randolph School Takes a Loss

Randolph School managed to slip by Whitesburg Christian Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Raiders lost 58-33 to the Warriors on Saturday. The game marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Randolph School has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Whitesburg Christian Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

Looking ahead, Randolph School will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering at 7:00 p.m. As for Whitesburg Christian Academy, they will venture away from home to square off against Brindlee Mountain at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Warriors will be up against the Lions' rather soft defense (which has allowed 59.55 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
