Basketball Recap: Paramus Comes Up Short

Paramus was the 60-52 winner over Fort Lee when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Paramus Spartans were just a bucket shy of victory on Thursday and fell 40-39 to the Fort Lee Bridgemen.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Fort Lee to victory, but perhaps none more so than Guy Vickers, who posted 12 points and four steals. Maxwell Greenberg was another key player, putting up 11 points and eight rebounds.

Paramus wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 44-30 loss against NV - Old Tappan on the 21st. As for Fort Lee, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 65-60 win against Passaic Valley on the 21st.
