Pamlico County had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 63-53 win over the Southside Seahawks. That's more bragging rights for the Hurricanes, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Despite the loss, Southside had strong showings from Jeremiah Satchell, who went 6 of 9 en route to 15 points and five boards, and Josh Armstrong, who posted 11 points and four steals. The dominant performance also gave Satchell a new career-high in shooting accuracy (67%).

Pamlico County's victory bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Southside, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-12.

Pamlico County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-43 defeat against Lejeune on the 31st. As for Southside, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 63-61 win against East Carteret on the 29th.
