Vail Christian's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 45-19 margin over the KIPP Denver Collegiate White Tigers. The Saints' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, KIPP Denver Collegiate still got an impressive performance from Nicole Ricalday, who posted eight points in addition to 11 boards and five blocks. Ricalday has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last nine times she's played. Lily Martinez also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Vail Christian's win bumped their record up to 3-9. As for KIPP Denver Collegiate, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.
