The Sheldon Huskies will face off against the Del Oro Golden Eagles at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Sheldon proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by six) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against St. Francis, sneaking past 5-4.

Micah Kennedy and Kwinci Brown were a major factor no matter where they played. On the mound, Kennedy pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits. Meanwhile, Brown didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.
