Choctaw County had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Sumter Central Jaguars. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Looking ahead, Choctaw County will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Sweet Water at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Sumter Central, they are taking a road trip to face off against Southern Choctaw at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
