Soccer Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 6-0 to the Northridge Grizzlies. Roosevelt were not able to make up for their defeat to Northridge from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 1-6-1. As for Northridge, they now have a winning record of 4-3-2.

Looking ahead, Roosevelt will head out on the road to challenge Thompson Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Thompson Valley will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Roosevelt surely won't give up without a fight. As for Northridge, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 12-2 defeat against Mead on the 12th.
