Soccer Recap: Nanuet Comes Up Short

After flying high against Woodlands on Thursday, Nanuet came back down to earth. The Golden Knights fell just short of the Tappan Zee Dutchmen by a score of 2-1 on Friday. Nanuet have struggled against Tappan Zee recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Nanuet's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Tappan Zee, the win got them back to even at 2-2-1.

Coincidentally, Nanuet and Tappan Zee will both be playing Ardsley the next time they take the pitch. The Golden Knights will host the Panthers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Dutchmen will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
