Keanu Tauvao Goes Supernova in Northview Victory

Northview picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Keanu Tauvao. Tauvao was dynamite, rushing for 184 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.2 yards per carry.

Northview's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Tauvao and Northview will venture away from home to take on Alta Loma at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jake Garcia Delivers Electric Performance Vs West Covina

Jake Garcia put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in September of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 116 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also threw for 278 yards and a touchdown.

The victory (which was Baldwin Park's fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-3. Garcia and Baldwin Park will head out to challenge San Dimas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Underclassman Izaih Brown Comes Up Big Against Diamond Ranch

While it always takes a team to win, one person punching above their weight class on Friday was Izaih Brown. He was dynamite, rushing for 144 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.5 yards per carry.

Alta Loma now has a winning record of 4-3. Brown and Alta Loma will face off against Northview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

San Dimas was sadly handed a defeat on Friday, but Tristan Fierro did his best to prevent it. Despite the loss, Fierro was still balling out as he rushed for 135 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.4 yards per carry.

San Dimas moved to 5-2 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. Fierro and San Dimas will square off against Baldwin Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jaishon Bledsoe was instrumental in extending Northview's winning streak to seven on Friday. San Dimas had no answer to Bledsoe as he picked up 70 receiving yards and a touchdown. Bledsoe torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 70 yards.

On the year, Bledsoe has caught 3 touchdowns while averaging 44.7 receiving yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had one receiving touchdown.
