Baseball Recap: Cheatham County Central Comes Up Short

Cheatham County Central fell victim to Sycamore and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Sycamore War Eagles. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Cubs were not able to get on the board.

This is the second loss in a row for Cheatham County Central and nudges their season record down to 1-4. As for Sycamore, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cheatham County Central will head out to challenge McGavock at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sycamore, they will head out on the road to square off against White House-Heritage at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
