Fruitland put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the West Point Dragons by a score of 7-4.

Fruitland got a great performance from Owen Baker as he pitched 5.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits.

At the plate, Coye Coffman was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024. Sutton Fitch was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Fruitland's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-0. As for West Point, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-5-1.

Coming up, Fruitland will venture away from home to take on Payette at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. West Point has already played their next game (against Redmond), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
