Softball Recap: Harbor Teacher Falls Short of Marquez in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Harbor Teacher can now relate to. They lost 10-0 to the Marquez Gladiators on Friday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Monarchs haven't been shut out since back in April.

Harbor Teacher's loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Marquez, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-2 record this season.

Harbor Teacher does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Marquez, they will take on Northridge Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Gladiators 2, the Pumas 3.1) so any runs scored will be well earned.
