Recap: Lewisburg Patriots vs. Southaven Chargers
The Lewisburg Patriots entered their tilt with the Southaven Chargers with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Lewisburg came out on top against Southaven by a score of 59-47 on Wednesday. That's another feather in the cap for Lewisburg, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Despite the loss, Southaven still got an impressive performance from Rodarius Donley, who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds. Donley has been hot recently, having posted 16 or more points the last three times he's played. Cael Jones was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with two steals and two blocks.
Lewisburg's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-6. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.5 points per game. As for Southaven, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost 11 of their last 14 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season.
