Kimberly is 8-2 against Appleton East since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Papermakers will head out on the road to take on the Patriots at 4:30 p.m. Appleton East took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Kimberly, who comes in off a win.

Kimberly will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any runs on Thursday, then bounced right back against Appleton West on Friday. The Papermakers blew past the Terrors 19-1.

Meanwhile, Appleton East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 6-1 to Bay Port.

Appleton East's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Kimberly, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Kimberly took their victory against Appleton East when the teams last played back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 12-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Papermakers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
