Bedford lost to Whiteford on Saturday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Kicking Mules came out on top against the Bobcats by a score of 7-3.

The team relied heavily on Jack Decker, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Cade McNamara, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

Bedford has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-14 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Whiteford, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 23-9 record.
