JB Bryant posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. He struck out seven batters over 6.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off seven hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Bryant and Hattiesburg will head out to face off against Perry Central at 7:00 p.m. on April 4. Hattiesburg is a perfect 3-0 against Perry Central going back to March of 2016, a lead they'll look to extend.
