 Ahoskie Christian can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent  matchup  on Friday. They put the hurt on the Pamlico Christian Academy Mariners with a sharp  17-2 win. The  victory was familiar territory for Ahoskie Christian who now have four in a row.
  Keira Lassiter made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she  struck out six batters over  four innings while giving up just two earned runs off   two  hits. Lassiter was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  Lauren Dickens was  excellent,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 1-for-4.
 Ahoskie Christian pushed their record up to 9-1 with that  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. Those good results were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 18.0 runs per game. As for Pamlico Christian Academy, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
 Ahoskie Christian will head out on the road to  square off against  Bethel Christian Academy at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday. Bethel Christian Academy knows how to get  runs on the board -- the  team has finished with flashy  run totals in its past five contests -- so hopefully Ahoskie Christian likes a good challenge. As for Pamlico Christian Academy, they will be playing at home against Liberty Christian Academy at 3:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
