Basketball Recap: Hathaway Comes Up Short

Hathaway was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were dealt a 65-37 defeat at the hands of the Lake Arthur Tigers. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 67-57 back in December of 2024.

Hathaway's loss dropped their record down to 17-27. As for Lake Arthur, their victory bumped their record up to 11-17.

Hathaway has already played their next game (against Oberlin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Lake Arthur will be playing at home against St. Louis Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
