Basketball Recap: Decatur Extends Road Winning Streak to 12

Decatur had won 11 straight road games dating back to last season and Davin Chandler did his part to make it 12 on Tuesday. The Decatur Seahawks were the clear victor by a 70-49 margin over the Wicomico Indians thanks in part to Chandler, who dropped a triple-double on 19 points, ten boards, and 11 assists. Those 11 assists gave him a new career-high.

Decatur has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. As for Wicomico, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 12-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Decatur will square off against Mardela at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Decatur is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 67.9 points per game this season. As for Wicomico, they will face off against Decatur at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
