Football Recap: Knight Extends Winning Streak to Three

Knight strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They strolled past the Palm Desert Aztecs with points to spare, taking the game 19-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Hawks also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Knight had a senior duo take command as Jade Hunter gained 105 total yards and two touchdowns and Desiree Ahumada rushed for 59 yards and one score on only eight carries.

Knight's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Palm Desert, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Knight will challenge Bishop Alemany at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Palm Desert, they will square off against Moreno Valley at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. The Vikings will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each match than the last.
