Baseball Recap: Wooster Comes Up Short

Wooster lost against Truckee back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Colts lost 9-3 to the Wolverines. The Colts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wooster saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chris Ballard, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Wooster now has a losing record of 7-8-1. As for Truckee, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-6.

Wooster didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 7-2 victory against Sparks on the 10th. As for Truckee, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 10-0 win against South Tahoe on the 11th.
