Football Game Preview: Exeter-Milligan/Friend Bobcats vs. Sutton Mustangs

The Exeter-Milligan/Friend Bobcats will face off against the Sutton Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sutton took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Exeter-Milligan/Friend, who comes in off a win.

Exeter-Milligan/Friend is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Southern 64-18. The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Exeter-Milligan/Friend didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of AJ Mueller and Gavin Mueller.

Meanwhile, after some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three games, Sutton finally came back down to earth on Friday. They lost 20-0 to Thayer Central. The Mustangs have struggled against the Titans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Having lost for the first time this season, Sutton fell to 3-1. As for Exeter-Milligan/Friend, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Exeter-Milligan/Friend didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Sutton in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, but they still walked away with a 34-30 win.
