Volleyball Game Preview: Granger Lancers vs. Taylorsville Warriors

The Granger Lancers will square off against the Taylorsville Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Granger is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering West Jordan just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jaguars.

The final score came out to 25-23, 25-15, 21-25, 25-21.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Taylorsville, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Cyprus on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won four in a row.

Taylorsville was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 18-25, 25-13, 25-21.

Granger's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Taylorsville, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.
