Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, with their most recent defeat being a 21-4 loss on Thursday.

Madison East's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Janesville Craig, they pushed their record up to 6-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Madison East didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 loss against Vel Phillips Memorial on the 19th. As for Janesville Craig, they have also already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Verona on the 19th.
