Baseball Recap: Pendleton County Takes a Loss

After soaring to 13 runs the game before, Pendleton County was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They came up short against the Bishop Brossart Mustangs, falling 12-2. If the Wildcats were looking for revenge after losing 14-3 to the Mustangs when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Pendleton County now has a losing record of 10-11-1. As for Bishop Brossart, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pendleton County will host Augusta at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bishop Brossart, they will be playing at home against Conner at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
