Baseball Game Preview: Randolph Southern Rebels vs. Tri-Village Patriots

The Randolph Southern Rebels will challenge the Tri-Village Patriots at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Randolph Southern has now lost ten straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since April 2.

Shenandoah hit Randolph Southern with a eight-run second inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Rebels lost 13-3 to the Raiders.

Randolph Southern saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Noah Allen, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double. That double marked the first that Allen has hit this season.

Meanwhile, while Tri-Village put up some runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Emmanuel Christian Academy. The Patriots came out on top against the Lions by a score of 3-0. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Patriots as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Randolph Southern's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Tri-Village, they picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 4-9.
