Baseball Recap: River Dell Golden Hawks vs. Cliffside Park Raiders
River Dell had lost six games straight , but after bumping their record up to 5-11 on Friday that streak is in the rearview. They blew past the Cliffside Park Raiders 14-1. The Golden Hawks not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since April 1st (when they won 32-7).

River Dell got a great performance from Michael DeGroat as he struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and only one walk). Those nine strikeouts gave DeGroat a new career-high.
