Riverview Sarasota won the last time they faced Braden River and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Rams came out on top against the Pirates by a score of 5-2.

Blake Wood looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two hits in six consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Keeran Venkat, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one home run and one stolen base. That home run was his first of the season. Sebastian Yustiz was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Riverview Sarasota's win bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Braden River, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-7.
