Preview: Frazier Commodores vs. Bethlehem Center Bulldogs

Frazier and Bethlehem Center are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2015, but not for long. The Frazier Commodores will head out on the road to square off against the Bethlehem Center Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Frazier came into Friday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 42-34 win over Carmichaels on Friday. The victory was just what Frazier needed coming off of a 53-31 defeat in their prior matchup.

Frazier's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dailan Mcmanus, who scored 16 points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Brock Alekson, who scored seven points along with 11 rebounds.

Meanwhile, even though Bentworth scored an imposing 57 points on Tuesday, Bethlehem Center still came out on top. Bethlehem Center took their game against Bentworth 66-57. The win was just what Bethlehem Center needed coming off of a 65-32 loss in their prior match.

The victory got Frazier back to even at 10-10. Bethlehem Center's record now sits at 6-14.

Frazier couldn't quite finish off Bethlehem Center in their previous meeting back in January and fell 63-61. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Bethlehem Center's Jason Zellie, who scored 26 points along with six assists and six rebounds. Now that Frazier knows the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
