Basketball Recap: Burton Scorpions vs. WISH Academy Owls
Burton played against the Owls and lost via forfeit.
WISH Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Noah Tureaud out in front who scored 20 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Tureaud has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Nathan Nakada, who scored 13 points along with six steals and five rebounds.
Burton has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which is still a better percentage than their 1-13 record this season. As for WISH Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.
Burton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. WISH Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
