Volleyball Recap: Norwell Beats Columbia City for Their Third Straight Win

Norwell entered their tilt with Columbia City on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Eagles. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Knights also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Isabella Swineford paced Norwell's offense, picking up eight kills. Swineford got some help from Emma Vachon and her 24 assists. Macie Saalfrank controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Norwell's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Columbia City, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

Coincidentally, Norwell and Columbia City will both be playing Lakeland the next time they take the court. The Knights will head out to face the Lakers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
