Softball Recap: Indian Lake Takes a Loss

Indian Lake's last matchup with Jonathan Alder could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's match on Thursday. The Lakers came up short against the Pioneers, falling 14-3. The Lakers were not able to make up for their loss to the Pioneers from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Indian Lake saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bre Wisener, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one run. That triple was Wisener's first of the season. MacKenzie Miller was another, going 2-for-3 with one run and one double.

Indian Lake moved to 9-7 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Jonathan Alder, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season.
