Softball Recap: Luling Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three contests, Luling finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They came up short against the Poth Pirates, falling 13-1. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Pirates: they've now lost six in a row.

Luling now has a losing record of 13-14. As for Poth, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Luling nor Poth have any future games scheduled.
