            Softball Recap: South Walton Seahawks vs. Crestview Bulldogs        
        
		
        
        
            After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against North Bay Haven Academy, South Walton was happy to have turned things around  on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by  a  13-5 margin over the Crestview Bulldogs. This was a revenge game for the Seahawks: when they faced off against the Bulldogs  back in February, they had to take a  9-6  loss.

 The team  relied heavily on  Tatum Kreinus, who  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with three  stolen bases, three  runs,  and two  RBI. Those  three  stolen bases gave  her a new career-high.  Raegan Rintala also deserves some recognition as  she  snagged her first  stolen base of the season.
With the  win, South Walton broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-11. As for Crestview, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-17 record  this season.
 South Walton will square off against Paxton at 1:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. The Seahawks' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bobcats have averaged an impressive 9.4  runs per game this season. Crestview does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
