Londonderry scored a stunning upset when it knocked off Nashua North, 35-19. At the time, the Titans were ranked 21st in the state, while the Lancers were 31st.
Pinkerton extended the longest winning streak in Division I this week by beating Nashua South, 40-20. The victory was the eighth in a row for the team.
Londonderry's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Lancers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Dylan Cole has thrown for 632 yards and four touchdowns this season, while Michael Ryan has 27 catches for 311 yards. Jonathan Young leads the league in rushing with 672 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Exeter and Manchester Central. The Blue Hawks enters the game ranked first in the state, while the Little Green ranks 12th.
Londonderry made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,852 from 8,534. The improvement came about via a 35-19 victory over Nashua North last week.
