Soccer Recap: Otsego vs. Evergreen
Otsego was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 5-2 to the Evergreen Vikings. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Knights of the 4-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

Kaylee Eberly scored both of Otsego's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 28 goals.
Otsego's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Evergreen, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-4-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Otsego will take on Wauseon at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wauseon is coming into the matchup with six straight defeats at home, meaning Otsego will have to defend against a squad hungry for a victory. As for Evergreen, they are on the road again on Tuesday to play Delta at 7:00 p.m. Evergreen will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each contest than the last.
