Baseball Recap: Schuylerville Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against South Glens Falls, Schuylerville was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against the Amsterdam Rams by a score of 9-6. The Horses have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rams, too.

The team relied heavily on Caden Morris, who went 1-for-4 with three RBI and one triple. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in May of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Sydor, who went 1-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

The win got Schuylerville back to even at 6-6. As for Amsterdam, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
