Softball Recap: Lebanon Extends Winning Streak to Five

It's playoff time, and Lebanon had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Danville Warriors by a score of 4-1 on Wednesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Tigers, who have now won five matches in a row.

Krryn Miller made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 18 consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one double.

In other batting news, Addy Zell was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season.

Lebanon's record now sits at 23-10. As for Danville, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-10.

As of now, neither Lebanon nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
