Baseball Recap: Chowchilla Comes Up Short

Chowchilla was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 11-3 to the Paso Robles Bearcats.

Chowchilla saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tristan Beardsley, who went 2-for-4 with one RBI.

Chowchilla's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Paso Robles, they moved to 2-5 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Chowchilla has already played their next matchup, a 7-0 win against Fresno Christian on the 25th. As for Paso Robles, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 6-1 defeat against Templeton on the 25th.
